## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏核心数值体系的设计、搭建与优化迭代，包括战斗、成长、资源投放与消耗、经济循环等模块的设计；
- 搭建数值模型，对战斗数值、资源产出与消耗等核心数值进行演算、验证与调优；
- 分析游戏数据，结合玩家体验反馈定位相关问题，输出针对性的优化方案并推动落地；
- 推进数值相关内容落地，持续完善团队数值设计规范与验算标准。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏数值策划经验，深度参与过至少1款已上线项目的数值全流程设计，能够独立搭建数值框架； 2.对数据高度敏感，具备较强的数值建模、分析和问题定位能力； 3.热爱射击游戏，熟悉主流射击游戏并深度拆解过至少1款产品的战斗与经济数值结构，有射击游戏项目经验优先； 4.有较强的团队合作意识，沟通能力优秀，抗压能力强。
