## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在海外区域主动开拓本地企业、政务、金融、电信、零售等行业客户，建立并维护 C-Level/决策层关系。能独立或协同区域销售完成商机识别、需求挖掘、方案匹配、报价谈判、签单全流程，对Pipeline 与签单负责。并拓展并管理本地生态合作伙伴（SI、ISV、咨询公司、AI Startup），通过渠道放大业务规模；
- 深度学习腾讯云AI产品矩阵（EKYC、刷掌、ADP等），结合海外客户场景输出端到端解决方案。主导POC、技术选型、架构评审、招投标技术应答，赢得客户技术决策层认可；
- 参与或主导项目交付关键节点，确保方案在海外环境下顺利落地。持续跟进客户，挖掘Upsell / Cross-sell 机会；
- 跟踪ASEAN区域AI行业动态、监管合规、本地竞品动向。沉淀行业级解决方案与最佳实践，反哺产品迭代与海外GTM策略。 Requirements 1.2年以上 ToB BD拓展经验，有云计算、SaaS、AI、Fintech、企业软件等行业背景者优先； 2.本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先。熟悉云计算、大数据、人工智能（LLM、Agent、CV、生物识别）相关技术者优先； 3.具备出色的英文书面与口头沟通能力及人际协作能力（口语流利、可独立主持英文会议、撰写英文方案与商务邮件），富有创造性、灵活性与自信心； 4.具备快速学习能力，逻辑严谨，具备良好的商业意识与客户服务意识；
- 具备完整签单经验，熟悉海外 ToB 销售方法论，能独立管理Pipeline与Forecast；
- 熟悉海外采购流程、合同条款、数据合规与本地化交付要求。
