## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内角色、怪物的战斗技能规划、设计、执行、优化，不断打磨玩法品质；
- 负责协调开发、美术、测试，确保玩法体验顺利开发；
- 掌握数据分析、用户调研方法，对玩法体验的持续改进、优化；
- 构建具有修仙特色和策略性的的修仙实时战斗机制。 Requirements 1.5年以上大型即时RPG类游戏的战斗设计经验，主导过至少1款RPG游戏（不限平台）的战斗设计工作； 2.熟练掌握流图（蓝图）工具使用；面试前需提供过往作品案例； 3.有怪物AI相关工作经验、3C相关工作经验者优先； 4.熟练应用Word、Excel、思维导图等策划常用用工具；掌握Python、VBA等脚本语言优先；
- 资深游戏用户，对RPG类游戏有强烈兴趣，资深ARPG用户、ACT用户、策略卡牌用户优先；
- 有成功上线案例者优先。
