## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 与团队紧密合作，打造记忆点深刻的角色人物；
- 从基础造型、脸部特征等方面出发提供突出人物特点的全流程的设计方案，包括但不限于表情、姿势、动态、技能展示、特效、使用道具等；
- 利用叙事故事、世界观、潮流趋势和风格、全球化审美等各方面的知识和积累，改进或创建游戏中的角色以及对应的商业化包装；
- 高效与内外部合作团队进行设计交流和反馈，相互激发灵感，提升设计亮点和品质，并确保质量和一致性；
- 协助设计和制作高品质高精度的宣发内容。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏角色和商业化皮肤概念美术设计经验； 2.综合能力强，具备丰富的概念设计、美宣，叙事、动画等创意设计流程的专业知识； 3.能有游戏研发的全流程思维，确保设计在游戏中高品质，强趣味性的落地； 4.设计视野广，具备全球化审美。
