## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据产品不同阶段的需求，负责运营推广方案的制定和执行落地；
- 以增长为目的，不局限于单模块工作，需充分利用事件营销、渠道合作、直播、内容、BD、公关、媒介等模块，为项目结果负责；
- 主动挖掘用户增长点，拓展内容及渠道合作的可能性，有能力跳出框架并充分利用渠道能力实现用户增长；
- 深入理解产品特性与卖点，能根据玩法、风格产出优质创意内容及推动合作落地。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1年以上游戏行业工作经验，完整游戏上线、营销策划经验者优先；
- 有敏锐的市场嗅觉，优秀的营销策划能力，熟悉市场、公关、流量渠道、赛事直播等各个模块工作；
- 良好的沟通技巧，合作意识强、执行力强，擅长跨团队合作，富有创新精神、工作激情和责任感，思维活跃、创意突出者优先；
- 掌握一定的用户研究方法，熟悉及热爱游戏事业，具有整体策略性思维；
- 热爱英雄联盟IP，英语流利者优先。
