## Job description

### 负责大数据在游戏AI等相关领域的算法与产品化等工作，包括但不限于如下方向
- 用户增长、因果推断、匹配系统、归因分析、千人千面体验流、商业活动/道具个性化推荐等；
- 负责前沿技术跟进，能够识别技术的有效性并快速应用；
- 负责具体项目落地，运用大数据+AI为项目带来可观的收益。 Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，7年以上数据相关工作经验，3年以上带项目、或带团队的经验；
- 具备良好的数据挖掘经验，对大数据应用有深入理解，有相关项目成功的经历；
- 优秀的逻辑思维能力，善于分析和解决问题；良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作能力；
- 具备市场分析、竞品分析能力、责任感强。
