## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主要负责游戏中的物件与单体设计，根据概念设计图进行归类和规划，并拆分设计制作；
- 保持创作热情与创意，对场景设计语言与风格进行长期的探索，提升设计质量；
- 根据需求与上下游环节协作，推进创意设计并落实到游戏环境内；
- 需要对接外包把控设计风格与进度，及时跟进反馈并梳理制作流程。 Requirements
- 具有3年以上游戏2D场景原画经验；
- 对各类主题有较高敏感度和兴趣，并能快速总结归纳出适配游戏风格化的设计语言；
- 具备良好的沟通能力与思路表达，有责任心，能够承受一定工作压力；
- 熟练使用3D模型Blender等软件辅助设计；
- 造型能力强，手绘基础扎实，色感优秀，精通风格化材质设计表现；
- 擅长二次元，轻科幻，复古美学等优先。
