## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责基础模型生产平台质量保障工作，设计并落地覆盖模型训练、部署、推理、评估等流程的准确性、稳定性测试方案；
- 建设自动化平台/工具，测试过程高度自动化，持续沉淀可复用的用例资产与质量基线；
- 面向 Agent CLI 等形态的产品能力开展端到端测试，保障使用场景下的可靠性；
- 能够统筹把控需求质量、缺陷跟踪与风险同步，推动问题闭环。 Requirements
- 有 Agent CLI 类产品的测试经验优先；
- 熟悉 模型 部署/ 推理 / 评测者优先；
- 有过复杂平台端到端质量保障经验，有前端或后端自动化经验；
- 对新技术抱有热情，具备扎实的编码能力，能独立开发测试工具；
