## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责内容营销策略制定与执行，明确各平台的内容定位、内容形态与发布节奏，提炼产品内容传播核心；
- 策划并管理产品官方短视频账号矩阵，制定内容方向，管理内外内容团队的生产流程与数据追踪，持续迭代内容策略；
- 制定达人种草与内容合作方案管理达人Brief输出与内容共创，建立达人内容效果评估体系与预算ROI管理体系；
- 建立产品内容资产库，策划深度内容，统筹媒体评测与PR稿件的内容方向和素材。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上内容营销或短视频运营经验，有游戏或泛娱乐行业背景，有从0到1运营过短视频账号并取得可验证成绩的实际经验者优先；
- 出色的话题策划能力和网感，熟悉抖B快等至少3个平台的内容生态和算法逻辑，了解短视频生产全流程；
- 有游戏行业内容营销经验者优先，尤其是竞技类/FPS品类；
- 有达人/KOL合作经验、社群内容裂变经验者优先；
- 重度短视频用户或创作者优先。
