## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏中的角色技能特效、战斗特效、环境特效等各类视觉效果的制作与优化；
- 运用UE5的Niagara粒子系统创建复杂的粒子特效；
- 使用Material Editor制作高质量的材质特效；
- 根据策划需求和美术风格设计并实现符合项目调性的特效表现方案；
- 配合程序实现特效的蓝图逻辑和性能优化，确保特效在不同平台上稳定运行；
- 关注业界最新特效技术发展趋势，持续提升特效制作效率与品质；
- 参与特效资产的整理归档，制定特效制作规范与工作流程。 Requirements
- 有AAA级项目经验者优先；
- 精通Unreal Engine 5引擎，熟悉Niagara粒子系统和Material Editor；
- 具备扎实的美术功底，对光影、色彩、节奏有敏锐的感知和把控能力；
- 熟悉特效制作的全流程，包括概念设计、贴图制作、动画编辑到引擎整合；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能与策划、程序、美术紧密配合；
- 热爱游戏事业，对游戏特效有强烈的兴趣和创作热情。
