## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 针对不同城市及不同客群特征，制定差异化的推广策略；
- 从 0 到 1 搭建专属的无畏契约网吧等线下发展体系，沉淀可复制的执行 SOP并推动落地；
- 拓展并经营全国网吧、连锁网咖、电竞酒店等线下合作，持续提升合作深度，促成游戏线下业态增长；
- 联动司内外多方合作团队，将游戏内容权益与门店活动深度结合，提升业主与玩家两端的体验。 Requirements 1.正直真诚，抗压能力强，有同理心； 2.3 年以上线下渠道 / 销售 / 地推体系经验，有从 0 到 1 搭建团队和业务的实操经历； 3.熟悉网吧 / 网咖 / 电竞酒店生态，有当地网维或地推资源者优先； 4.沟通能力强，理解合作伙伴真实诉求与决策逻辑；能快速吃透产品、提炼卖点，并翻译成合作伙伴听得懂、愿意合作的语言； 5.了解并喜爱《无畏契约》游戏； 6.前述要求中部分能力突出者，可适当降低第2-5点的岗位需求。
