## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责写实枪械高低模、PBR贴图制作，还原原画，保障视觉与细节质量；
- 协同TA搭建材质体系，熟练用UE5调试资产，解决引擎内枪械相关问题；
- 跟进武器功能开发与资产落地，优化制作流程，保障局内外枪械表现；
- 全流程管理外包（需求/进度/品控），培养外包团队；协同上下游，确保资源合规统一、把控项目周期与质量。 Requirements 1. 3年以上枪械开发经验，对枪械材质准确度有理解，精通写实枪械还原、硬表面流程及PBR规范； 2. 具有较好的审美，能转译原画、补全枪械细节，可提供引擎枪械问题解决方案； 3. 熟练使用Maya/ZBrush/SP/Plasticity等软件，且精通UE5引擎操作； 4.善沟通具有团体合作意识，理解FPS核心体验，有外包管理、3A项目经验者优先。
