## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责元梦之星手游3D场景模型的整体规划与开发标准制定，确保模型设计符合项目需求与品质要求；
- 设计并优化3D场景模型的技术方案，把控模型质量与性能表现，保障其在移动端的高效运行；
- 与游戏策划、关卡设计师及美术团队密切合作，深入理解项目需求，高质量完成场景模型的制作与迭代；
- 规划各场景区域的资产数量与分布，编写详细的外包发包文档，持续跟进外包进度，审核并反馈外包团队的产出成果，确保符合项目标准；
- 参与制定美术开发流程，推动3D场景模型开发效率与整体美术品质的提升。 Requirements
- 拥有5年以上3D场景模型设计相关工作经验，具备至少1个以上完整手游项目研发经历，有成功上线项目经验者优先；
- 具备扎实的美术基础，造型能力强，色彩感觉敏锐，熟悉主流游戏美术风格，包括写实PBR、手绘风格化等，有丰富的实际项目应用经验；
- 熟练掌握UE引擎和3D建模软件（如Maya、3ds Max、ZBrush等）及贴图绘制工具（如Substance Painter、Photoshop等），并能运用AI相关工具提升开发效率；
- 具备优秀的沟通与表达能力，能够清晰传达设计意图，与策划、程序、外包团队等多方高效协作，具备一定的团队管理与协调能力；
- 对游戏行业充满热情，对品质有极高追求，能够在压力下按时保质完成任务。
