## Job description

### 岗位职责

- 负责腾讯营销在教育行业/大健康行业的销售策略制定与执行，完成区域或全国范围内的销售目标；
- 深入挖掘行业客户需求，提供定制化的解决方案，推动客户合作落地；
- 维护并深化与行业头部客户的关系，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
- 与产品、运营、技术团队紧密协作，反馈客户需求，推动产品优化与迭代；
- 定期分析市场动态和竞品信息，为团队提供行业洞察，优化销售策略。 Requirements 1.

### 岗位要求

； 2.本科及以上学历，市场营销、教育、广告等相关专业优先； 3.8年以上线索行业广告销售经验，有成功案例和客户资源者优先； 4.具备优秀的商务谈判能力和客户关系管理能力； 5.熟悉教育行业运作模式，了解教育机构的核心需求和痛点； 6.具备较强的市场分析能力和问题解决能力，能够快速应对市场变化； 7.优秀的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，抗压能力强； 8.结果导向，能够主动设定目标并推动达成。
