## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目商城展示动作与局内玩法动作的设计；
- 负责项目动画需求流程的对接和制作；
- 负责与CP的对接和质量把控；
- 负责项目动作资产合入引擎与效果验收。 Requirements
- 熟练使用MAYA或3DSMAX等软件制作动画；了解绑定系统并能够制作简易的绑定设定；
- 具有较好的分镜理解和动画表演设计能力；
- 熟练利用动捕数据进行精修和调整；
- 动画理论基础扎实，有优秀的手K(写实风格)角色和生物动画能力；
- 熟悉UE引擎的动画流程与制作；
- 有良好的自学能力，沟通协作和抗压能力。
