## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 支持天美自研产品在海外市场的发行工作，主导产品在周期内的营销策略；
- 统筹管理各阶段海外市场营销推广工作，包括但不限于营销创意、内容营销、公关传播、事件营销等的落地执行；
- 挖掘并了解项目在海外市场的潜力、玩家画像、市场概况等，助力游戏海外发行；
- 与产品研发、运营、投放、社区等团队紧密协同，输入当地市场的洞察及创意，促进产品本地化发行。 Requirements 1.1年及以上游戏市场发行经验； 2.熟悉游戏发行流程及营销各模块内容，有成功游戏项目上线经历优先； 3.有RPG、SLG等品类经验优先，或是该品类资深玩家者； 4.英语及中文可用于工作语言，有小语种能力加分，有海外生活工作经验优先；
- 具备优异的沟通能力和自驱力。
