## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 能够独立完成游戏行业基础数据调研、常规人群调研等任务，对国内和海外行业趋势和大盘发展有一定认知，能够围绕市场规模、产品表现、用户行为、竞品动态等，清洗、整合内部数据、三方数据、公开渠道数据等多源信息，构建可复用的行业数据资产；
- 运用统计分析、可视化等方法对多来源数据进行深度加工与交叉验证，识别关键趋势、异常与规律，确保结论客观、口径清晰、可追溯；
- 结合对游戏行业的理解，从数据中提炼有商业价值的洞察与判断，独立撰写高质量数据分析报告，为业务决策提供前瞻性和落地性输入；
- 善用AI工具重构数据搜集、处理与报告产出流程，持续沉淀分析模型、指标体系与自动化工具，提升团队研究效率并形成方法论积累。 Requirements 1.3年以上数据分析、商业分析或市场调研工作经验，能独立完成调研设计、数据搜集整理、分析到报告产出的全过程，有游戏行业相关经验者优先，统计学、数据科学、计算机、经济学、市场研究等相关专业优先； 2.熟练使用各类数据库、数据软件进行数据处理与建模、数据清洗、统计分析与自动化，包括但不限于SQL/Python/R/Spark/SPSS/SAS/Tableau，了解基本统计方法、数据分析和挖掘算法，能独立设计分析框架并保证数据口径准确； 3.擅长使用主流AI工具（如大语言模型、AI数据分析/编程助手等）提升数据搜集、处理与报告撰写效率，能主动探索并落地AI驱动的研究工作流； 4.对游戏行业有一定认知与热情，关注行业动态与主流产品，能将数据发现与行业逻辑结合，提炼出有效洞察而非停留在数据描述层面；
- 具备良好的英语读写能力，能高效阅读英文行业报告与数据资料，英语听说读写优秀者优先；
- 逻辑严谨，自驱力强，学习能力强，沟通协作能力好。
