## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责构建基于大语言模型的 Agent 系统，并持续迭代优化其核心性能；
- 联动游戏策划与研发团队，推动 LLM 智能体在在线游戏环境中的工程落地，兼顾低延迟、低成本与高品质的玩家互动体验；
- 紧跟 LLM 在推理、规划、工具使用及记忆机制等方向的前沿技术发展，并针对游戏 Agent 场景进行定制化适配。 Requirements
- 扎实的机器学习与统计模型基础，深耕 NLP 相关领域并有成熟的项目经验；
- 具备优秀的编程能力，掌握至少一种编程语言，代码功底扎实，熟练使用常用算法与数据结构；
- 有AI、NLP顶会（如 NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP 等）顶刊学术成果发表者优先。
