## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责高并发核心业务的调度系统设计与研发,保障任务优先级管理、稳定分发与系统高可用；
- 负责 GPU 推理服务的工程化建设与性能优化,包括推理引擎选型、资源调度与调优,保障服务低延迟、高吞吐稳定运行；
- 负责数据平台的搭建与优化,涵盖数据处理链路设计、存储架构选型与工程化落地；
- 负责服务端可观测性体系建设,主导生产环境疑难问题(如资源泄漏、性能瓶颈)的排查与根因定位,保障线上服务稳定运营；
- 协同多团队推动复杂系统落地,持续引入 AI Coding 等效率工具优化研发流程,提升团队整体交付效率与工程质量。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,计算机、软件工程等相关专业,3 年及以上后台研发经验；
- 具备扎实的数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络基础,有高并发分布式系统实战经验；
- 熟悉云原生技术栈,具备分布式任务调度、消息队列、缓存等中间件的工程实践经验；
- 具备异构算力资源调度与性能调优经验,能基于业务场景完成框架/技术方案选型与决策；
- 具备多租户架构设计与治理经验,对系统稳定性与可观测性建设有较强的责任心和方法论；
- 具备良好的系统设计、问题定位与跨团队协作能力,能独立负责复杂模块/系统,执行力强；
- 熟练使用 AI Coding 工具或 Coding Agent 辅助研发，具备通过 AI 工具提升代码开发、实验迭代、问题排查和工程协作效率的能力。
