## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承接腾讯云实时互动 PaaS 与 CDN 产品海外增长目标，覆盖站点流量、付费用户增长与创新产品 GTM，构建"看到 → 兴趣 → 商机 → 成交"完整闭环；
- 持续研究海外先进流量策略与工具，包括 SEO、GEO、AI Search、SEM、Paid Social、内容营销、开发者社区、联盟与 KOL 等，判断机会、制定策略并联动内容、投放、产品、研发推动落地，输出可量化业务结果；
- 参与海外产品 GTM 规划与落地，理解 PLG 与 SLG 漏斗差异，针对海外开发者与中小企业决策链路，设计跨模型的商机转化路径与漏斗优化方案；
- 搭建可跨产品复用的增长平台能力与 AI 工作流，沉淀 SEO/GEO 内容生产、多平台分发等工具链，让高频增长动作具备规模化复用能力。 Requirements 1.2-3 年工作经验，本科及以上学历，不限专业；英文可作为日常工作语言（书面沟通与会议）； 2.在海外 ToB / SaaS / 开发者产品/AI产品公司担任过 Growth相关岗位，熟悉 SEO/GEO/AI Search、SEM、Paid Social、内容与开发者社区、联盟与 KOL 等海外主流获客渠道的打法与边界，有 0 到 1 或 1 到 10 的独立操盘案例，可量化 UV、Sign-up、MQL、付费转化等成果； 3.参与过海外产品 GTM 规划与落地，熟悉"产品定位 → 渠道选择 → 内容生产 → 数据迭代"完整 Loop，能独立搭建季度/年度流量增长策略而非仅做执行，能跨团队协同推动落地，具备清晰的数据思维，会用数据定义问题、拆解漏斗、验证假设。
