## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 优化QQ社交关系链相关业务推荐算法，提升用户体验及新增关系链等业务指标；
- 深入理解产品业务，洞察用户需求，工作内容包括不限于需求沟通、case分析、数据挖掘、特征工程、模型改进、策略开发；
- 能够紧跟工业界、学术界的前沿技术，基于QQ大规模社交图数据，结合大模型技术，升级算法模型，提升推荐效果。 Requirements
- 熟悉搜推前沿技术，有大模型推荐、生成式检索实际落地经验优先；
- 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，具备扎实的机器学习和深度学历理论基础，在图算法、推荐或者搜索领域有相关算法优化经验；
- 扎实的编程基础和开发能力，熟悉linux开发环境，熟悉hadoop、hive、spark等常用的大数据处理平台，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch、MxNet等至少一种主流深度学习框架，熟悉python、C++和shell编程优先；
- 具备良好的AI提效意识，熟练使用AI工具，会主动用大模型 / 自动化手段提升自己和团队的研发效率；
- 具有好奇心和探索精神，注重用户体验，对业务和用户有深入理解和洞察，有比较好的数据分析sense。
