## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯会议数据分析，洞察业务机会，发现业务问题，为产品迭代提供决策依据；
- 负责用户增长和商业化相关数据科学工作，通过ab实验和因果推断等方法，构建科学严谨的评估和分析体系，对业务收益进行评估，并提出优化建议，推动策略优化带来业务增长；
- 负责腾讯会议的指标体系搭建，包括数据链路建设，基础数据维护和数据报表构建；
- 持续产出行业洞察，跟踪分析行业趋势，洞察其中的机会；
- 探索统计、机器学习和因果推断等方法论，并推动相关方法在业务落地，产生业务影响力。 Requirements
- 计算机、统计学、数学或者相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上工作经验；
- 具有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，能熟练应用各类机器学习模型（逻辑回归、聚类、树模型、图网络等）；
- 对数据分析和数据挖掘有深入理解，有相关项目经验；
- 能够运用hadoop、spark等大数据计算平台进行数据分析挖掘，熟练掌握python、hivesql、sparkscala并有相关项目经验；
- 有较强学习能力和逻辑思维能力，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力；
- 善于沟通，工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力；
- 有toB+toC业务数据分析经验者优先。
