## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责向量数据库系统的设计、开发与优化，实现高性能数据存储和查询；
- 研究应用向量索引算法（如LSH、IVF、HNSW等），提升检索效率与精确性；
- 解决大规模向量处理与分布式存储计算中的技术难题；
- 负责产品内核设计、性能调优等全生命周期管理；
- 跟踪业界前沿技术，持续提升产品竞争力。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上AI/数据库相关经验；
- 精通C++/Rust/Go/Java中至少一门语言，扎实的算法和系统基础；
- 熟悉主流向量数据库（Milvus/Qdrant等）和Faiss向量引擎；
- 掌握分布式计算和大数据生态；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，有技术创新意识；
- 该岗位支持base广州、成都、北京。
