## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据游戏世界观和叙事需求，创作大量角色概念草图、情绪板和各种设计方向的探索；
- 产出高质量、细节丰富的角色设计最终稿，包括三视图、表情图、材质标注图等，为3D制作提供清晰蓝图；
- 通过服装、装备、姿态和配件等视觉元素，生动地展现角色的背景、职业、性格和其在游戏世界中的地位；
- 确保所有角色设计符合项目的整体艺术风格和视觉标准；
- 与3D角色艺术家密切沟通，指导并将2D设计转化为高质量的3D模型，确保设计意图的完美传达；
- 积极参与设计评审，并能基于艺术总监和游戏总监的反馈，快速迭代和优化设计方案。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏行业2D角色设计经验，有完整参与并发布的3A或高质量主机、PC游戏项目经历者优先； 2.出色的美术功底，对解剖学、比例、色彩理论、构图和光影有深刻理解； 3.精通主流绘图软件，卓越的原创能力和独特的视觉语言，能够创造出既有新意又符合商业项目需求的角色； 4.优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够清晰地阐述设计理念； 5.能够在一个快节奏、国际化的团队环境中工作，并同时管理多个任务。
