## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 通过体验式研讨会方式推动腾讯投资公司 CEO和高管团队建立自我认知和团队理解，反思业务发展对领导力的要求，形成系统、统一的领导力哲学和方法；
- 针对投资公司需求，运用教练技术帮助投资公司高管提升领导力；
- 在 MVV（ 使命、愿景、价值观）、高级干部发展、干部盘点等领域进行项目方案设计、体验设计和高影响力交付；
- 在领导力和创始人成长领域进行认知沉淀。 Requirements 1.8年以上顶尖管理咨询公司领导力相关咨询经验，或在顶尖互联网公司任领导力专家、核心骨干； 2.学习能力强，心态开放、ego 小，有自我觉察能力、内核稳定； 3.对人的敏锐度高，有优秀的Clevel沟通能力和影响力； 4.自驱力强、热爱教练和咨询工作，专业成长驱动；
- 优秀的团队合作精神；
- 具备丰富的 MGL（塑造杰出领导团队）交付经验的人才优先；
- 具备优秀的团队教练、个人教练能力优先；
- 深度理解腾讯文化和管理理念的人才优先。
