## Job description

### 游戏引擎适配与渲染优化
- 面向 Unity/UE/Godot等商业引擎及自研引擎，推进重度游戏在微信小游戏平台的引擎层适配、渲染管线调优与性能突破，帮助更多高品质游戏以更低研发成本进入微信生态；

### 游戏性能分析与调优攻坚
- 研发性能分析工具链，优化内存、渲染、运行性能、启动链路等核心指标与瓶颈定位，协助头部游戏完成性能优化；

### 小游戏平台前沿技术研究
- 建设更强的平台图形与运行时基础设施，提升游戏内存效率、渲染效率与运行流畅度；

### 技术支持服务
- 为平台开发者提供引擎与性能方向的深度技术支持与问题攻坚，沉淀调优方法论与最佳实践，推动技术能力在生态内规模化复用。 Requirements
- 熟悉常用的算法和数据结构，熟练掌握一门游戏开发语言（C++、C#等）；
- 参与过大型3D游戏开发，具有1年以上游戏引擎（Unity、UE或自研）渲染相关开发和优化经验，对3D图形渲染技术有一定理解和掌握；
- 良好的团队协作能力，有较强的主动性和分析解决问题的能力；
- 对游戏前沿技术抱有热情，对Unity/UE等引擎或图像渲染理论有深入研究、熟悉编译器优化算法优先。
