## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.深入国网业务场景，识别AI赋能机会，设计端到端方案。主导AI产品行业侧架构设计，保障在央企云平台环境下的落地性与高可用； 2.独立牵头技术交流、方案宣讲与PoC验证，推动方案到交付闭环，负责跨团队拉通产品、研发、交付，确保方案对齐业务目标。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机/AI/软件相关专业，5年+ IT经验，其中3年+ AI或大数据经验；
- 有大型企业云平台或AI平台建设经验，能独立完成部署、数据、安全合规方案设计；熟练使用主流AI框架，熟悉主流云技术；
- 商业思维强，沟通有亲和力，能面向不同做方案引导；
- 自驱力强，能独立推动复杂项目，有能源/国网行业架构设计及项目交付经验；有智能体应用开发经验，熟悉 RAG、Agent、Prompt Engineering 等相关技术等；熟悉国网信息化架构及技术标准；有AI产品0→1商业化落地经验优先。
