## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司AI 加速硬件的性能评估和优化，在单机单卡/超节点等场景进行全方位的软硬件系统性能评估，分析调优和业务交付落地；
- 对产品线进行持续优化，提高产品质量及用户体验；
- 与团队紧密合作，对发现的问题进行跟踪、定位和解决。 Requirements
- 熟悉Linux开发环境，掌握Python/C++等语言， 有良好的编程基础、系统设计优化能力；
- 熟悉GPU/AI DSA体系结构和原理，有Nvidia/AMD卡等开发优化经验；
- 熟悉主流训练框架和训练加速技术，包括但不限于Megatron等分布式训练框架，熟悉高性能网络通信，计算等优化方向；
- 熟悉主流推理框架和推理加速技术，包括但不限于TensorRT/vLLM/SGLang 等；
- 具备良好的技术热情和责任感，优秀的分析解决问题能力，良好的团队意识和沟通能力。
