## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微恐轻动作品类下的战斗3C框架搭建与品质把控，包含角色/武器/命中/受击/镜头/手感等核心体感设计；
- 制定近战、物理操控、枪械及道具类互动的3C规范和动作表现标准，确保微恐氛围下轻动作的紧张感、操作爽快感与真实感的平衡；
- 深入参与角色动作、特效、音效、镜头震动、震屏命中反馈等跨模块联调，对角色与怪物在微恐场景中的战斗体验整体负责；
- 搭建并迭代3C评估指标与调试工具链，沉淀品类方法论，推动战斗模块生产管线与工具链优化，提升团队产出质量与效率；
- 跟踪版本数据、直播/社区反馈与测试表现，持续精修3C细节，打磨上线口碑。 Requirements
- 资深战斗策划经验，拥有至少一款上线的动作/射击/生存恐怖类项目完整3C设计经历，并能提供体验案例或视频佐证；
- 对微恐、怪谈、民俗异境等类型化题材有深入理解，能够将氛围压迫感与轻动作爽快感有机融合；
- 精通UE蓝图，能独立搭建3C原型并完成迭代调优，熟悉动作状态机、IK、Motion Warping、Procedural Animation 等相关技术；
- 具备优秀的手感判断力和审美鉴赏力，能够准确拆解对标产品的体验差异并给出可落地的改进方案；
- 跨职能沟通能力强，能稳定推动3C相关事项的跨部门协作。
