## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业微信文档、智能表格 AI 能力的策划与定义，包括需求调研、产品设计、效果评测及上线推动；
- 深入理解文档创作、表格处理、数据分析、业务协作中的真实需求，持续打磨产品体验；
- 探索 AI 在文档与智能表格中的应用，通过大模型与 Agent 提升内容生成与编辑、信息整理、数据分析、可视化等工作的效率；
- 与研发、算法、设计、运营等团队紧密协作，推动 AI 产品从方案设计到上线迭代；
- 基于用户反馈、真实场景中的使用效果，持续优化 AI 能力与产品效果。 Requirements
- 具备扎实的产品策划与设计能力，能够从真实场景中抽象共性需求，并转化为清晰、简单、可落地的产品方案；
- 对文档、表格及效率工具有较强兴趣与理解，熟悉在线文档、电子表格、智能表格/多维表等一类或多类产品；
- 对大模型、AI Agent 有较好的理解，熟悉主流 AI 产品，深入理解相关技术原理、模型能力与边界；
- 具备优秀的系统性逻辑思维、业务抽象能力、数据分析能力。
