## Job description

### 负责拓展商机到签单的全流程（核心 KPI）
- 在海外重点区域（金融、零售、泛互联网等行业）主动开拓本地企业客户，独立或协同区域销售完成商机识别与需求挖掘；负责签约方案设计 → 合规路径匹配 → 报价谈判 → 签单，对所属区域的 Pipeline 健康度与签单结果直接负责；

### 海外合规与签约方案设计
- 深度掌握电子签产品矩阵（QES / AES / SES 分级签名、数字证书、时间戳、审计追踪等），结合客户业务场景输出端到端签约解决方案； 合规路径：了解属地电子签名法律效力、数据驻留与跨境传输、属地 CA 与身份认证体系对接、行业监管要求（金融、医疗、政务等）； 熟悉 DocuSign、Adobe Sign 等主流竞品方案，能针对性制定差异化竞争策略；

### 海外生态体系建设
- 拓展并管理本地生态伙伴—属地 CA 与身份认证服务商、系统集成商（SI）、独立软件开发商（ISV）、律所与企业服务机构；通过渠道网络放大业务规模，构建可持续的区域增长引擎；

### 交付落地与客户成功
- 参与或主导项目交付关键节点，确保方案在海外监管与技术环境下顺利落地；持续跟进客户使用，挖掘 Upsell 机会，推动客户价值最大化。 Requirements 1.5 年以上企业级 SaaS 售前 / 解决方案架构经验，其中至少 2 年在电子签名、身份认证、合同管理相关领域； 2.本科以上学历，英文可作为工作语言； 3.具备完整签单经验，熟悉海外 ToB 销售方法论，能独立管理Pipeline，跟进客户需求直到签单； 4.熟悉海外采购流程、合同条款、数据合规与本地化交付要求。
