## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据项目需求，理解原画设定，制作角色相关资产；
- 与原画和动作设计协作，完成角色的全流程开发，维护3D角色生产管线；
- 跟进外包资源的对接与质量把控，确保外包效率与质量；
- 优化制作流程，跟进手机端资源表现并进行调优。 Requirements
- 扎实的美术基础，具有丰富的角色资产制作经验；
- 擅长角色资源、体积塑造及形体表现，具备较强的审核与修改能力；
- 有NPR、PBR项目流程经验，能够适应多种角色风格；
- 责任心强，工作投入高，能够与团队高效协作达成目标；
- 熟练使用3dsMax、Marvelous Designer、Zbrush、Photoshop、Substance Painter等工具，熟悉UE引擎角色相关模块；
- 有外部供应商管理经验，能够有效把控外包制作质量和进度。
