## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 紧跟市场及行业热点，持续跟进《和平精英》玩家文化，并可将其转化为游戏内具有高传播度的玩法内容；
- 深入理解《和平精英》玩法逻辑机制，根据各模式差异化诉求、结合热点、模式热梗等输出创意策划案，并推动在各模式中落地；
- 负责撰写创意玩法策划案，协调研发各团队落地，并参与协调推动宣推，以端内参与和端外传播表现为目标，推进玩法顺利落地、宣传；
- 及时跟进所负责玩法的效果复盘，分析玩法整体表现，并在后续进行针对性迭代调优。 Requirements 1.冲浪达人与游戏玩家（内容平台的重度用户，对网感、用户心理、热梗文化有深刻理解；多品类游戏活跃玩家，对游戏大盘各类产品情况有基础了解）； 2.1年以上游戏策划或活动运营经验，有轻量级玩法设计、活跃&社交活动、或UGC编辑器创作经验者优先； 3.曾主导或参与过“因趣味性/话题性在社交媒体引发传播”的游戏内容设计者优先； 4.曾从事过短视频创作者，或有爆款游戏内容制作经验者优先； 5.具备出色的沟通与推动能力，能与不同团队高效协作推动玩法及宣发的落地，适应快节奏、敏捷迭代的工作模式，具备良好的抗压能力； 6.具备极强的自驱力，能适应快速变化的市场环境，享受将创意转化为玩家快乐的过程。
