## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责射击类战斗玩法动画制作；
- 独立进行游戏机制推导，拆分动画需求，并且全程跟进直到版本内体验；
- 指导演员动捕和精修品质把控；
- 整合资源合入引擎，和策划程序多环节进行效果联调。 Requirements 1.5年以上的游戏或影视动画制作经验，动画制作能力和设计能力强，熟悉maya，MotionBuilder，UE4等软件； 2.沟通能力强，能够很好的跨部门、跨环节合作； 3.为人诚恳，充满激情，做事积极效率高，抗压力强，具有很强的执行力； 4.具有较强的逻辑思维能力，工作有条理性；
- 具备一定的产品意识和审美情趣，把关动画需求的整体效果呈现；
- 热爱射击游戏，写实射击类项目经验者优先。
