## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 对接算法及模型训练团队，理解模型能力目标与数据短板，制定专业垂类的后训练数据策略及建设规划；
- 围绕专业知识、复杂推理和Agent交互等核心能力，识别高价值任务，规划SFT、RLHF、数据合成和模型评测数据；
- 将模型能力目标转化为可训练、可验证的数据方案，并推动方案的生产与落地交付；
- 与不同领域专家合作，将专业知识和真实工作场景转化为高质量训练任务、评测集及可复用的数据资产；
- 建立适用于复杂专业任务的数据质量体系，基于评测与反馈，持续迭代数据策略和质量标准；
- 协同算法、研发等团队合作，持续探索数据生产、验证的新路径，提升数据建设的规模与效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；具有专业领域、计算机、人工智能或数据科学背景者优先；
- 具备大模型研究、后训练、模型评测、训练数据建设或专业领域AI应用经验；
- 在一个或多个专业、技术或知识密集型领域具备较强的知识基础，复合型人才优先；
- 理解大模型后训练和评测的基础方式方法，对于 AI 在不同行业中的实际应用方案感兴趣；
- 具备较强的数据策略及任务设计能力，能够将开放性的模型能力目标转化为可执行、可验证的数据方案；
- 具备良好的跨团队协作和项目推动能力，能够连接算法研究、工程研发、领域专家及数据生产团队；
- 对大模型及专业领域应用有热情，具备良好的英文阅读和快速学习能力。
