## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责视频号推荐业务的推荐技术优化，包括但不限于召回、粗排、精排、重排、冷启动等； 2.负责视频号内容分发的业务策略优化，包含但不限于红点、本地、关注、长视频等。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
- 有推荐系统、广告系统、搜索系统业务经验者优先；有短视频推荐业务经验者优先；
- 深入掌握机器学习、深度学习算法及原理；
- 优秀的分析问题、解决问题能力和团队合作意识；
- 工作积极性强、抗压能力强。
