## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏版本内外活动的整体规划与设计，涵盖节日、赛季、联动、成就等多类型活动；
- 结合微恐轻动作调性与世界观，产出具话题性与沉浸感的活动创意，串联局内体验与局外运营活动；
- 推动活动方案从策划到上线的完整落地，协调研发、设计、商业化、社区等模块的协作；
- 负责活动数据分析与复盘，沉淀活动模板与方法论，持续优化参与度与转化效果；
- 监控玩家反馈与舆情变化，快速响应并调整活动方向。 Requirements
- 资深活动运营经验，至少完整经历过一款中大型上线产品的赛季化或版本化活动规划与执行；
- 具备优秀的创意与落地能力，能够在微恐轻动作调性下设计氛围化、沉浸化的活动；
- 熟悉活动数据指标体系，具备基于数据做活动调优与AB实验设计的能力；
- 熟悉不同平台玩家生态与运营节奏，具备一定的内容创作或内容合作经验者优先；
- 具备较强的抗压与执行能力，能够在多项目并行下稳定交付。
