## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责魔方在研新品的市场推广策略制定，完成整合营销全案的撰写，并统筹媒介、生态等资源，完成版本推广的具体创意执行落地；
- 根据对FPS市场、用户的洞察，提出版本长线的营销机会点，帮助产品在市场热度、内容创作、用户增长和玩家口碑实现突破；
- 负责营销的费用管理、效果评估、结案复盘等整合营销各个环节的推进，优化营销效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，有完整的游戏版营销推广项目经验；
- 对FPS品类有一定了解，熟悉射击产品的品类特点；
- 有优秀的洞察能力、统筹能力与创意能力，有主动推进意识保障项目完成度。
