## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大数据产品国内及海外大项目交付管理，按合同约定完成产品交付，对产品交付的范围、进度、质量负责；
- 负责交付后客户维护和深耕，客户全生命周期管理，能够根据客户业务特点和需求，引导客户使用产品并进行深层价值落地，对客户大数据产品系统的健康度、使用深度负责，周期性拜访客户，维护客户关系；
- 据客户业务需求撰写方案，提供产品培训，解决用户关于产品的各种使用问题，持续挖掘客户业务场景，并为客户提供最佳使用实践；
- 甄别客户需求，对客户需求和反馈进行收集分析，提供产品优化建议，推动产品选代优化；
- 该岗位可 base 北京/深圳。 Requirements
- 理工科专业，计算机软件相关专业；
- 熟悉toB服务行业，有3年以上 to B交付/运营或SaaS行业客户成功相关工作经验者优先；
- 有项目管理经验，熟悉toB产品交付流程，研发流程者优先 ；
- 具备良好的协作、沟通能力，有独立分析和解决问题的能力；
- 具备客户关系的构建能力，能快速与客户方建立长期稳定的合作关系，能够帮助客户成功 ；
- 逻辑思维能力强，工作态度积极主动，责任心强；
- 英文沟通良好，有海外的交付管理经验优先。
