## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责外观资源（时装、皮肤、武器、特效、载具等）生产管线各环节的具体统筹与执行；
- 参与外观资源配置表结构与规则设计，执行统一的制作与验收标准，及时发现并反馈错配与质量问题；
- 参与资产优化专项（如资产拆分、体型优化）的执行落地，按规范完成拆分、优化与配置工作；
- 对制作环节的需求合理性与常见问题进行专业判断，提出流程与配置优化建议；
- 参与配置提效与管线工具建设，结合 AI 等新技术手段提升产能与交付稳定性；
- 与商业化、系统及美术团队协作，保障所负责环节稳定运转与资源如期交付。 Requirements 1.3 年以上游戏行业资源策划、外观资源管线、美协等相关领域工作经验； 2.熟悉 3D 游戏制作全流程与各环节要点，能判断制作环节中的常见问题； 3.具备配置表实操经验，熟悉资源入库与配置规则； 4.逻辑清晰、严谨细致，对规则与细节有高标准，具备良好的学习与协作能力； 5.熟悉 MMO 品类，熟悉王者 IP，有 MMO 或大世界项目外观资源经验者优先； 6.参与过项目开荒期或管线搭建者优先；熟悉 UE 等大型商业引擎者优先。
