## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.混元机器学习研发底座与LLMOps工程平台的架构设计、核心开发与全链路性能迭代。 负责混元平台核心架构设计与迭代开发，聚焦大模型训练、推理、评估、数据多个核心场景，解决大规模训练、数据处理、评测等场景问题，持续提升大模型训练稳定性与平台整体性能上限； 2.

### LLMOps工程体系迭代与研发效能升级

持续深耕并跟进业界AIGC、大模型工程化前沿技术与落地实践，结合内部模型预训练、后训练、迭代、部署全流程诉求，持续优化平台技术方案与产品形态。聚焦平台易用性、自动化、标准化建设，降低大模型研发与落地门槛，持续完善、升级、落地全链路LLMOps研发体系。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备扎实的AI工程化、大模型研发底座技术功底，熟练掌握 PyTorch/TensorFlow/DeepSpeed 等主流深度学习框架，拥有真实落地的模型训练优化、分布式训练、模型服务化优化项目经验；
- 熟练使用 Python/Go/Java 至少一种主流开发语言，具备良好的代码工程素养、软件架构设计能力和复杂系统开发落地能力，能够独立完成核心模块设计、开发与迭代；
- 具备极强的项目Owner意识与自驱力，能够主动发现平台性能、架构、流程痛点，独立推进技术优化与项目落地，具备优秀的跨团队协同能力与技术攻坚意识；
- 对大模型工程化、LLMOps体系有浓厚热情与持续学习能力，能够快速跟进前沿技术并转化为内部落地成果，具备长期技术迭代与体系建设思维。 参与过千亿级大模型训练、部署全链路工程落地者优先。
