## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责火影忍者手游项目的质量保障工作，把控产品品质，优化产品体验；
- 和子公司及外包同学协作，制定测试计划，确定测试方案，跟踪测试执行，把控和消解风险项；
- 负责一个或多个专项测试，包括自动化、性能、兼容性、稳定性、容灾等；
- 针对游戏业务测试中的难点，优化或提出新的测试方案，引入或开发测试工具解决测试问题。 Requirements
- 熟悉研发和测试的基本流程，熟练掌握用例设计的各类方法和技巧；
- 对性能测试、协议测试、自动化测试，安全测试，容灾测试等至少一类专项测试有了解和应用经验；
- 能基于代码层面理解程序实现，进行测试方案制定、影响面分析和实现测试工具；
- 具备AI实际应用经验，如使用AI进行工具开发、Skill开发、Agent搭建等，在项目中落地；
- 热爱游戏，具备良好的学习能力和抗压能力，乐于主动反馈，有思考复盘和持续改进的习惯。
