## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 支持重点射击产品市场与用户研究工作；
- 负责重点产品的全生命周期的相关研究支持（包括产品定位、体验打磨、营销发行、长线运营），独立完成研究项目，输出具有强落地性的专业研究报告；
- 为产品提供用户洞察与理解，跟进相关研究项目。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，传播学、心理学、社会学等相关专业，过往工作经历符合的专业不限；
- 熟练使用办公软件包括Excel、PPT，了解并掌握SPSS等统计软件；
- 有游戏行业或调研行业相关经验加分，熟悉定性定量等研究方法和工具；
- 热爱游戏行业、有熟悉且长期喜欢玩的品类/体验类型、并形成对该品类/体验类型在玩法体验、机制设计、用户诉求上的独特见解。
