## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 商家与行业洞察，通过数据分析和客户调研，理解微信小店商家的经营与投放需求，用产品化方式推动投放效果提升；
- 生态增长运营，面向小店商家、服务商、达人等生态角色，设计并落地买量增长方案，打造投放标杆案例与可复制方法论，助力商家规模化增长；
- 投放产品优化，协同产品与技术团队，基于商家反馈与数据表现，持续迭代微信小店投放工具与策略，提升投放效率与ROI。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，一年及以上工作经验，具备商业化或电商行业经验者优先；
- 拥有较强的逻辑思维，构化思考与表达能力，具备数据敏感度，能够快速理解复杂业务场景并提炼核心需求；
- 具备优秀的跨团队沟通及项目管理能力，能有效协调多方资源推动项目按时高质量交付；
- 具备较强的自驱力、学习能力、抗压能力与责任心，能在快节奏环境中主动承担责任并推动问题解决。
