## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏场景下 AI 应用的后台研发，包括 AI Agent、AIGC 工具等业务模块；
- 参与 AI 服务通用能力建设，包括模型接入、任务编排、上下文管理与记忆机制、工具调用、数据处理等；
- 负责 AI 服务工程化与线上稳定性建设，包括部署发布、监控告警、限流降级、故障排查、性能与成本优化。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 具备良好的后台开发能力，了解常用服务端架构、存储与中间件技术，有较好的工程实现能力；
- 了解大模型应用开发，熟悉 Prompt 设计、RAG 检索增强、Agent 编排、工具调用等常见技术，有相关项目经验优先；
- 具备良好的问题拆解、沟通协作和学习能力，对 AI 与游戏结合有热情。
