## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责展示背景和棋盘制作，资源优化调整，外包对接；
- 资产引擎整合编辑，品质把控效果迭代；
- 与设计、策划、交互、动效、程序等模块合作对接推进工作；
- 总结输出标准规则和制作经验。 Requirements
- 美术相关专业，游戏行业从业经验不低于3年；
- 有良好美术基础，对市面流行的设计审美有较好的判断力；
- 熟练使用3dsmax和zbrush，sp等3d场景相关工具；
- 有丰富的unity和ue引擎经验，熟练掌握引擎灯光渲染和优化编辑；
- 有较好的把控和归纳总结能力，能对各项场景资源做合适的规划和整合；
- 有优秀的团队协作能力，顺畅的跨模块沟通能力；
- 工作认真负责，善于沟通，有较好的抗压能力。
