## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与微信电商搜索Agent能力优化，围绕用户“找商品、做决策、成交易”等需求，建设从意图理解、任务规划、信息检索、商品推荐到答案生成的完整链路；
- 负责 Agentic Search 架构设计与优化，结合大语言模型、RAG、搜索排序及工具调用技术，提升复杂需求理解、商品检索、对比选购和个性化推荐效果；
- 负责大模型后训练及能力优化，包括 SFT、偏好优化、强化学习、知识蒸馏、拒绝采样、Reward 设计等，持续提升 Agent 的任务完成率、答案质量和业务转化效果。 Requirements
- 计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习和自然语言处理基础；
- 熟悉大语言模型、Agent、RAG、搜索或推荐系统中的至少一个方向，有相关算法研发或线上落地经验；
- 熟悉大模型训练与后训练流程，掌握 SFT、偏好学习或强化学习等方法中的一种或多种；对训练数据构建、评测和模型迭代有系统理解；
- 熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch、Transformers 等主流深度学习框架，具备良好的算法实现和工程落地能力；
- 具备较强的数据分析和实验能力，能够从业务问题出发完成问题定义、方案设计、实验验证和上线迭代。
