## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主要负责公众号推荐生态和创作者成长相关的产品工作，包括且不限于通过产品策划/推荐策略/平台运营等手段达成目标，促进生态体验的健康发展，保障优质创作者的成长活跃；
- 基于平台理念和产品价值观，制定流量调控规则，挖掘并鼓励有价值的作者和内容。熟悉大模型训练方法、推荐机制，能协同算法、数据、审核团队，保障挖掘效率和准召，推进实验策略的落地，能很好平衡用户消费数据和生态/作者相关指标；
- 基于创作者需求和平台导向，在流量调控的基础上，强化作者感知与触达能力，优化创作者基础体验，激发创作者活力。针对不同生命周期的创作者，能分析发现问题，提出系统性的解决方案（不限手段，如产品功能、推荐策略等）；
- 深入了解竞品产品表现、内容创作行业动态趋势，协作输出有价值的分析报告，驱动问题发现和产品能力优化，为总体产品运营及策略优化提供洞察支持。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有推荐生态/作者增长策略、B端产品等内容平台经验优先；
- 具备较强的产品思维、逻辑能力，保持洞察力，能敏捷发现问题和分析解决；
- 熟悉推荐机制和大模型训练方法，擅长从数据分析（熟练掌握sql等）中挖掘总结问题；
- 能坚持自己的价值判断，能对抽象的目标层层拆解分析，面对困难持续推进解决；
- 具备较强的沟通协作能力、项目管理能力，有强烈责任心、自驱力、抗压力。
