## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责赛季玩法实机PV、运营活动PV、商业化实机PV、过场演绎等各类实机向宣发视频的创意策划与导演工作；
- 负责脚本写作、创意方案PPT、提案以及分镜设计；
- 负责制作全流程监修以及项目所需的剪辑、调色等相关工作。 Requirements
- 热爱游戏，具有较强的创意和创新能力，善于设计精彩的游戏射击战斗策略镜头；
- 有参与过游戏核心PV、高品质CG者优先考虑；
- 具备一定的镜头感与叙事能力。熟悉UE4/UE5等主流引擎的视频制作流程，了解后期软件及各环节技术边界；
- 对画面构图、光影、色彩、节奏和细节有独到的看法要求，具备个人审美，同时能够有效利用AI工具进行工作流优化；
- 较好的沟通表达能力与抗压能力，能在高标准、快节奏的工作环境下，推动创意的高效落地；
- 理解FPS用户的需求，理解用户体验，熟悉游戏制作的各个环节；表达和协作能力出众，能够和团队一起不断提高游戏表现力的各个细节。
