## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责王者荣耀世界的核心角色塑造，主线与英雄任务等核心叙事内容的情节设计与台词写作，并与编剧团队、关卡、过场、美术与战斗团队配合，定义国民级IP的叙事体验，创造出既承载IP特色又有突破性的高质量原创剧情，打造次世代的东方幻想故事；

### 负责游戏内剧情体验的设计，包括
- 游戏剧情的写作，制作和效果持续提升、剧情编辑器的使用和改进；
- 负责与任务团队深度结合，对剧本进行落地铺设，把控剧情落地至游戏内的细节执行质量，推进各项功能&演绎效果的落地。 Requirements
- 有大型开放世界叙事经验者优先，熟悉开放世界的叙事特点，能够根据人物串联，大世界迁徙等特色来配合QD设计叙事内容；
- 扎实的文字功底和写作能力，负责塑造有血有肉的角色，精巧的故事结构与细腻入微的台词；
- 出色的游戏感，能够从游戏体验出发，结合叙事方面的综合维度，理解合理的任务设计与节奏进行台本写作；
- 热爱游戏，出色的学习能力，对于探索，试验，归纳，从零开始学习如何打造高质量高规格的叙事体验有强烈的追求；
- 熟悉和热爱东方文化，愿意投身于深入研究东方文化，并创造属于我们这一代人的原创东方幻想类型。
